These terms apply when you shop with Golden Hour Gems Boutique at goldenhourgemsboutique.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to each order at the time you place it.

Ordering & pre-orders

Pieces marked "Pre-order" are made to order and ship 4–6 weeks after your order is placed. Placing a pre-order reserves your piece; because each order is placed with our suppliers just for you, all sales are final — see our Returns & Refunds page for the details, including what happens if a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include what you see on each product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and your full order total — items, shipping, and any taxes — is shown before you pay. Checkout is completed securely through our Shopify store, and your payment details are handled by Shopify, never by us.

Shipping

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Pre-order lead times and shipping details are described on our Shipping page and on every product page.

Our pieces

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials and care. Colors can look a little different from one screen to another — we do our best to photograph everything in natural, true-to-life light. Product photos and text on this site belong to Golden Hour Gems Boutique; please don't reuse them without asking.
